I created this site in dedication to David Banner. I have grown tired of all of the so called media not displaying the positive things he’s done. I am tired of people hating. How many people, let alone artists have had the opportunity to defend an entire culture (hip-hop) in front of Congress? David Banner has. I see a beautiful, educated, strong, intelligent, humble, passionate, philanthropic black man. I bet many didn’t know that he threw the worlds largest urban relief concert grossing over $500k. He has produced songs that many of you have rocked in your car or danced to in a club.
David Banner was on the radio a couple of months back and a woman called in to thank him for giving her boyfriend, a displaced Katrina victim, a pair of sneakers from his closet that her boyfriend still wears. I see a man who loves his hood, unconditionally and continually provides to those truly in need. So when I see pictures of him on some sites talking how “ashy” he looks or his pants being wet, I say who gives a f*ck!? I’m tired of people trying to put him in a box that he will never fit in. He is many things to many people. We need to celebrate men like him. Good men who do extraordinary things but are still men without a doubt. That's what I plan to do! He is that diamond in the rough!!

The True Diamond in the Ruff
